Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and customs processing (for international orders).

2. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

3.Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at zolartefashion@gmail.com.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or refund.
